Shipping
All Sim Racing Accessories are processed and shipped from our Toronto warehouse within 1–4 business days.
Clothing items are made to order and fulfilled from select international production facilities. Processing and shipping times may vary by location.
U.S. Orders & Tariffs
For U.S. orders, all applicable tariff-related charges are prepaid prior to shipping, so you should not receive any additional customs fees upon delivery (subject to customs discretion).
For returns from the U.S., any tariff fees paid at the time of shipping will be deducted from the total refund, as these fees are non-refundable once paid.
Returns
We accept returns on all Sim Racing Accessories within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Clothing items are not eligible for return unless the garment is damaged or defective upon arrival.

FAQ
Screen Not Turning On?
If your screen is not turning on, this is almost always related to a power supply issue, most commonly the USB cable or the PC’s USB port.
Please check the following:
- Use a USB-C to USB-A cable when connecting any of our screens to your PC to ensure stable and sufficient power.
- Try connecting the screen directly to your PC, bypassing any USB hubs, to rule out hub-related power issues.
- If you are using a USB hub, ensure it is a powered USB hub capable of delivering adequate power.
In most cases, following the steps above will resolve the issue.
Will I get charged for tarrifs?

Do our dashes work with Gran Turismo 7?
Yes, the lap timer can be used with a PlayStation 5. However, the dash must still be operated from a PC running SimHub.
The PS5 sends all telemetry and data to the PC, and SimHub then processes and displays this information on the lap timer in real time.
Do our dashes work with Lovely Dash?
Yes, all of our DDU's are compatible with any dash that works within SimHub
