Screen Not Turning On?

If your screen is not turning on, this is almost always related to a power supply issue, most commonly the USB cable or the PC’s USB port.

Please check the following:

  • Use a USB-C to USB-A cable when connecting any of our screens to your PC to ensure stable and sufficient power.
  • Try connecting the screen directly to your PC, bypassing any USB hubs, to rule out hub-related power issues.
  • If you are using a USB hub, ensure it is a powered USB hub capable of delivering adequate power.

In most cases, following the steps above will resolve the issue.
