Hardware” click either Single Arduino if installing 1 Flagbox or Multiple
Arduinos if installing 2 Flagbox’s, then press “Open Arduino setup tool”
and press “start from scratch”.
*Note for 2 flagboxes run this step twice (once for each flag box, but make sure to select "multiple arduinos" each time)
5. In setup tool scroll down to WS2812B RGB Matrix on the left side and switch it to “ON”. Next make sure the Data (DIN) digital pin number is set to 6.

9. If you’re not sure if the Flagbox is working, simply press “Open test data Editor” and start pressing features you’d like to test.
**Note: there is a chance your Flagbox will initially be upside down or sideways. This is common, to adjust the screens orientation head back over to the RGB Matrix tab and click your "Hardware settings" blue button on the left. Here you can adjust the Rotation.
FOR 2 FLAG BOX SETUP
---
--
Option 1: Synced Flag Boxes
If you are using 2 Flagboxes, and want them to be identical: set RGB Matrix Content to "1" for both boxes in the 'Hardware Settings' screen
---
--
Option 2: Independent Flag Boxes
If you want each box to show different data independent of each other:
Set the first box to "1", and "2" for the second box
Next in the effect groups create 2 different "WHEN GAME IS RUNNING" Groups, and set one to Matrix Start Position 1, and the other Matrix Start Position 2
Now each of the groups control the effects of what the corresponding flag boxes will show (Matrix 1, and Matrix 2)

Screen Not Turning On?
If your screen is not turning on, this is almost always related to a power supply issue, most commonly the USB cable or the PC’s USB port.
Please check the following:
- Use a USB-C to USB-A cable when connecting any of our screens to your PC to ensure stable and sufficient power.
- Try connecting the screen directly to your PC, bypassing any USB hubs, to rule out hub-related power issues.
- If you are using a USB hub, ensure it is a powered USB hub capable of delivering adequate power.
In most cases, following the steps above will resolve the issue.
